Nadia Tchoumi is a journalist, storyteller, and nonprofit media consultant dedicated to amplifying voices that are too often misrepresented or unheard. She believes in the power of words to spark change, and in the importance of telling life-giving stories that inspire action.
With 20 years of experience travelling across Canada as a journalist, as well as a Masters of Arts in Leadership from Trinity Western University 2021 in the Nonprofit Stream, Nadia has seen firsthand the challenges and the beauty within communities. Her mission is simple
to help organizations tell their stories with clarity and courage – and to ensure those stories are heard.
A lifelong advocate for nonprofits, Nadia holds a Master’s degree in Leadership from Trinity Western University (MA Lead, ’21). In 2016, she led the relaunch of the Canadian Association of Black Journalists (CABJ), serving as Executive Director and helping to strengthen representation in Canadian media.
Today, as the founder of New Hope Media, Nadia partners with nonprofits, charities, and faith-based organizations to build media confidence, sharpen messaging, and strengthen relationships with the press.
